Corporate Event Marketing

Corporate Event Marketing That Fills the Room

A great event with an empty room is just an expensive rehearsal. We run the full promotional push for your corporate event: invitations people actually open, a landing page that registers them, reminders that keep them committed, and coverage that makes the event live on after the day itself.

01 — What it is

Promotion, not party planning

Event marketing is everything that happens between the announcement and doors-open: defining the audience, shaping the message, sending the invites, building the registration page, running the reminder cadence, and following up after. We do not book venues or arrange catering. We make sure the right people show up, and that the event keeps working for your brand once it is over.

02 — Who it is for

Built for business events

This service fits conferences, product launches, partner summits, annual dinners, training days, recruitment drives, and roadshows. Whether the audience is clients, partners, employees, or the press, the mechanics are the same: a clear reason to attend, a frictionless way to register, and enough reminders to turn a yes into a seat filled.

03 — What is included

The full promotional run

  • Invitation design and distribution plan (email, WhatsApp, or printed)
  • Event landing page with registration form
  • Reminder sequence across email, SMS, or WhatsApp
  • Social media promotion before and during the event
  • Event-day coverage plan (photo, video, live updates)
  • Post-event follow-up assets: thank-you emails, recap content, lead list handover

04 — Invitations

Invitations people open

Most event invites fail before they are read: a vague subject line, no clear reason to attend, and a registration link buried at the bottom. We write the invite around one promise — what the attendee gets for showing up — and we segment the list so a partner, a client, and a journalist each get a version that speaks to them. Timing matters too: the first invite goes out early enough to beat calendars, not the week before.

05 — Landing page

A page with one job: register

Your event landing page exists to convert interest into registrations. We keep it focused: what the event is, when and where, the agenda, who is speaking, and a short form. No ten-field interrogations — every extra field costs you signups. We also add the practical details people actually look for: parking, dress code, and a contact for questions.

06 — Reminders

Reminders that protect attendance

Registrations are not attendance. A standard sequence — confirmation immediately, a nudge a week out, one the day before, and one on the morning of — is what turns signups into seats. Each reminder carries something useful (agenda update, speaker highlight, venue directions) so it reads as information, not nagging. We set the whole sequence up and monitor it.

07 — Coverage

Make the day last longer than a day

On the day, we coordinate coverage: photography, short video clips, and live social updates that let people who could not attend follow along — and wish they had. Afterward, that material becomes recap content, testimonial clips, and promotion for your next event. One well-covered event feeds your marketing for months.

08 — How we work

A simple four-step run

  • Brief. We learn the event, the audience, and what success looks like — a registration number, a room at capacity, qualified leads.
  • Plan. You get a promotion timeline working backward from the event date: when invites go out, when the page launches, when each reminder fires.
  • Build. We design and write everything — invites, landing page, reminder copy, social posts — and you approve it all before anything goes live.
  • Run and debrief. We execute the sequence, coordinate coverage, and hand over a post-event report with registration and attendance numbers.

09 — What we need from you

Four things to get started

  • The event basics: date, venue, agenda, speakers — even in draft form
  • Your audience: a list, or access to the channels where they are
  • Brand assets: logo, colors, any past event material
  • One decision-maker who can approve copy and designs quickly

10 — FAQs

Common questions

How far in advance should we start promotion?

For a standard corporate event, six to eight weeks is comfortable. Larger conferences need more. If your event is sooner than that, tell us — we will tell you honestly what is still achievable.

Do you handle venue, catering, or logistics?

No. We do marketing and promotion only. We are happy to coordinate with your event management team so messaging stays consistent.

Can you work alongside our internal marketing team?

Yes. We can run the whole thing or slot into specific gaps — for example, just the landing page and reminder sequence while your team handles social.

What if registrations are low?

We watch the numbers weekly and adjust: stronger subject lines, an added incentive, a partner push, or paid promotion if the budget allows. What we will not do is promise a full house — we will show you the levers and pull them.

Do you cover the event in person?
