Questions, answered.

Everything people usually ask before starting a project with us — gathered in one place, answered the way we'd answer them on a call.

If your question isn't here, just ask. We reply like humans.

Getting started

Starting is the easy part.

How do we start a project together?

Send us a message — through the start-a-project form or on WhatsApp. We'll have a short conversation about what you're trying to do, and if it sounds like a fit, we'll put together a proposal. No decks, no hundred-question briefs.

What do you need from us to begin?

A rough sense of your goals, anything you've already got (logo, brand colors, an old site, draft content), and an honest word about budget if you have one. Don't worry if it's messy — organizing it is part of our job.

What does kickoff look like?

We agree on scope, pages, and direction before any design starts. You'll know what we're building and why — so there are no surprises halfway through.

Services

What we actually do.

What services do you offer?

Web design and development, end to end — design, build, launch. See the full list on our services page.

Do you work with WordPress?

Yes — WordPress is our home turf. Most of the sites we build run on it, because it keeps you in control after launch.

What about Shopify or other platforms?

If WordPress isn't the right tool for your job, we'll tell you — and point you in the right direction. We'd rather be honest than squeeze your project into the wrong platform.

Is there anything you don't do?

Plenty. We're a web studio, not a full-service agency — so branding from scratch, ad campaigns, and ongoing marketing aren't our thing. What we do, we do properly.

Pricing

Money, talked about plainly.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on the scope — the number of pages, custom features, and how much content work is involved. Our packages page shows clear starting points; for anything custom, we'll quote your exact project after a short conversation.

Packages vs. custom — what's the difference?

Packages are fixed-scope starting points for common needs — you know what's included from day one. Custom projects are scoped from a blank page around your specific goals. Same care either way.

Do you ask for payment upfront?

Payment terms are agreed in the proposal before work begins — [FILL IN].

Are there ongoing costs I should know about?

The honest ones: domains, hosting, and premium plugin licenses (if any) are recurring costs paid to third parties, not to us. We'll always tell you about them before you commit to anything.

Timelines

How long, and how it works.

How long does a project take?

Honestly? It depends on the scope, how ready your content is, and how fast feedback moves. We give you a realistic timeline with the proposal — and we'd rather under-promise than invent a date to win the job.

What are the steps?

Conversation, proposal, design, build, your feedback, launch. Here's our process in detail.

What usually slows projects down?

Late content and slow feedback — on either side. We'll keep our side moving; the fastest projects are the ones where decisions don't sit in inboxes.

Feedback

Your turn to talk.

How does feedback work?

You'll review the design and tell us what's working and what isn't — plainly. We refine from there. The review rhythm is agreed up front, so nobody's guessing.

What if I don't like the first design direction?

Say so, and say why. We'd much rather hear it early and change course than polish something you never wanted.

Can I just send voice notes?

Absolutely. Voice notes, screenshots with arrows, rambling WhatsApp messages — whatever gets the point across.

After launch

We don't disappear after go-live.

WebPeco support and care after your website launches
What happens after the site launches?

We hand everything over and make sure you know how to run it — updating pages, adding posts, the basics. The site is yours, not ours on loan.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes — if you'd like us on call for updates, small changes, or just peace of mind, we can arrange that. What it looks like depends on the project, so [FILL IN].

What if something breaks?

Tell us. If it's something we built, we'll make it right. If it's a hosting gremlin or a plugin update gone rogue, we'll help you figure out the next step.

Will I be able to update the site myself?

Yes. We build on WordPress with an editor you'll actually use, and we show you how it works before we hand over the keys.

Working together

Talking to us is easy.

How do we communicate during the project?

WhatsApp, email, or calls — your pick. Most clients end up on WhatsApp because it's fast: +92 312 0117277.

Who will I actually be talking to?

Us — the people designing and building your site. No account managers, no ticket queues, no "we'll get back to you in 3–5 business days."

What are your working hours?

We're flexible and async-friendly — messages don't need office hours. If something's urgent, say so and we'll prioritize it.

Content & SEO

Words and Google, covered.

Who writes the website content?

The raw material comes from you — nobody knows your business like you do. We help shape, structure, and sharpen it so it reads well on the page.

Is SEO included?

The technical basics are baked in: fast loading, clean code, proper headings and meta. That's the foundation every site needs. A full SEO strategy is a different job — if you need one, we'll say so.

Do you write blog posts or ongoing content?

Not usually — but it depends on the project. Ask, and we'll give you an honest answer.

More answers

From the archive.

Can you redesign an existing site?

Yes. We’ll first decide what should be kept, clarified, rebuilt, or removed rather than changing the surface alone.

Can you work with an existing brand?

Yes. We can extend a strong identity into a digital system, or help identify what needs tightening before design begins.

Do you handle content?

We shape message hierarchy and page structure as part of the work. The exact writing scope can be defined around your team and timeline.

What happens after launch?

We can hand over a clear system for your team or plan a focused next phase of improvements.
