Podcast post-production
Podcast Editing
Record the conversation. We will handle everything after. Professional podcast editing — clean audio, tight pacing, show notes, and shareable clips — so your episodes sound like they were made in a studio, not a spare room.

The service
What this is
Podcast editing is the invisible work that makes a show listenable: removing background noise and echo, leveling voices, cutting filler words and dead air, tightening rambling answers, and mastering the final file so it sounds consistent on every app. On top of that, we write your show notes and cut short clips you can post to promote each episode.
Fit
Who this is for
- Founders and experts launching a show to build authority
- Coaches turning client conversations into content
- Businesses running interview-style podcasts
- Existing podcasters drowning in an editing backlog
- Anyone who has recorded five episodes and published zero
Deliverables
What is included per episode
- Noise removal, echo reduction, and room-tone cleanup
- Leveling and EQ so every voice sits right
- Filler-word and dead-air removal — ums, long pauses, false starts
- Tightening: rambling answers trimmed without changing meaning
- Intro and outro music bed mixing [FILL IN: music licensing]
- Show notes: summary, key topics, and timestamps
- Short video or audio clips per episode for promotion [FILL IN: clip count and formats]
- Final MP3 and WAV mastered for Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube [FILL IN: loudness standards used]
Process
How we work
- You upload the raw recording after each session.
- We edit, master, write show notes, and cut clips.
- You review the episode and request changes.
- We deliver final files, named and ready to publish.
Your part
What we need from you
- Raw audio (or video) files from each recording
- Your intro and outro music and any existing branding
- Guest names and links for the show notes
- A simple recording setup — we can recommend a basic kit [FILL IN: equipment recommendation scope]
Timing
Timelines, in plain terms
Episodes turn around in days, not weeks, so your publishing schedule never slips because of editing. Weekly shows run on a fixed rhythm: you record, we deliver, you publish. [FILL IN: standard turnaround per episode]
Why it matters
Listeners forgive a simple setup, not bad audio
Most people who quit a podcast in the first two minutes quit because of sound. Harsh, echoey, uneven audio tells the brain this is not worth the effort. Clean audio is the cheapest retention tool a podcast has.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
My room sounds echoey. Can you fix it?
We can reduce echo and background noise a lot — but we cannot perform miracles. We will also tell you the two or three cheap fixes that improve your recordings permanently.
Do you remove ums and pauses?
Yes. Filler words, false starts, and long pauses go. We keep the natural rhythm of conversation — it should sound like you on your best day, not a robot.
Can you edit video podcasts too?
Yes. We edit the video version for YouTube alongside the audio, and cut vertical clips for social. [FILL IN: video editing scope for podcasts]
Who writes the show notes?
We do — summary, topics, timestamps, and guest links, written from the actual episode.
What do I get for promotion?
Short clips per episode, formatted for reels, TikTok, and Shorts, plus quote graphics on request. [FILL IN: clip count and graphics scope]
Output
From raw recording to published episode
Here is what lands in your inbox after each session: a mastered episode file, show notes with timestamps, promotional clips, and a simple checklist of what is left — upload, schedule, done. The gap between “recorded” and “published” shrinks to almost nothing.
